Great atmosphere for the several yoga classes I have taken here!
What I love most about the retreat is the people that come with it. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by a smiling face, given all the answers to any questions you may have, and told to relax on the couches, or out by the creek until your massage or yoga class starts. Everyone is so kind and attentive, you will feel more relaxed and much happier once you leave (though you may never want to!)
